Au Soleil D'Or Hotel - Pontaubert

The rooms were immaculate, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The vintage decor gave the place a charming touch and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying. The owner went out of their way to ensure we had a delightful dinner despite the unexpected closure of the restaurant. The hotel's collection of artworks added an interesting twist to our stay. Though the room was small, it was clean and cozy. The surroundings were wonderful and the village had a pleasant vibe. The early check-in close time made us feel secure, and the access code was provided for late arrivals. The breakfast was mind-blowing with a wide range of scrumptious options, including a refreshing fruit salad.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities such as a swimming pool, good parking and a delicious breakfast. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. This city had a lot of culture and was great for walking. there were some fantastic restaurants nearby, and the location to the Le Cruize area was perfect.

Located near Vezelay, this hotel is in a beautiful area with lovely restaurants. Staff was friendly, service was good, and the room was quiet and well-furnished. the breakfast was delicious, and the vegetarian dish was appreciated. the standing fan provided was a relief during the heat wave.

As mentioned by a reviewer, the pool was not on the property, but that's not a major issue.

The room at Au Soleil D'Or was super comfy and cozy, with a big, king-size bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. It was perfect for a business traveler like me who needed a good night's rest after a long day of meetings.

Personally, I found the heated swimming pool in the annex a bit underwhelming. But hey, that's just my personal taste, and I'm sure others might still enjoy it.

The staff here were very friendly and accommodating. The bag carriers were smiley, and the reception crew couldn't have been more helpful. The village has some picturesque views, and the cozy bed was much needed after a long day of traveling.

The lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing, and the traffic noise was bothersome in the early morning. However, the location was great and not too far from some fantastic restaurants.
